New Cash With Order Terms:

Because of the "supply chain" issues caused by Covid-19, shipping charges have increased, surcharges have been imposed by both distributors and suppliers and any financial incentives offered by them have come to an end. These changes have forced us to re-evaluate our terms and to make changes accordingly.  

​

Beginning October 1, 2022, we will still offer our Net 30 Days terms, but we will cease to offer our Free Shipping for Cash With Order (C.W.O.) terms. 

​

Instead, we will offer a percentage discount for C.W.O. (check or credit card) for purchases of $500 or more. If your order qualifies for C.W.O. terms, simply send an email to Greg Francis (gfrancisent@yahoo.com) with the total amount of your purchase. He will reply within 24 hours with your shipping and handling charges and your C.W.O. discount. You may then complete the Order Form and send it to us with a check, or credit card information for payment in full.

Returns/Exchange Policy

 

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number issued by Francis Enterprises, LLC.

 

All returns/exchanges (freight prepaid) must be completed within 30 days of receipt.

After 30 days, no returns/exchanges will be accepted.

 

In-Stock items are returnable or exchangeable IF unused AND in original packaging.

Product returned with noticeable wear will not be accepted.

 

Made to order and custom items are not returnable, nor exchangeable.

 

Footwear exchanges/return:

 

            Shoe boxes that are marked or damaged in any way (writing/postage/tape,                  etc.) will incur a $5.00 per box re-boxing fee.

            Footwear with noticeable wear will not be accepted.
